Stieber Named to All Tournament Team

Senior men's lacrosse Captain Tyler Stieber was named to the Carolinas-Virginia Athletic Conference All Tournament Team Monday morning. The inaugural tournament culminated with Limestone College defeating host St. Andrew's Presbyterian College 16-9 in Sunday's Championship game.

Senior men's lacrosse Captain Tyler Stieber was named to the Carolinas-Virginia Athletic Conference All Tournament Team Monday morning. The inaugural tournament culminated with Limestone College defeating host St. Andrew's Presbyterian College 16-9 in Sunday's Championship game.

Stieber has started in each game this season at both midfield and attack, and currently leads the Bobcats in scoring this with 22 points, (16 G, 6 A). Over his four year career, the Charlotte, NC native has scored 69 points, (48 G, 21 A) ranking fourth in all time scoring.

Stieber and the Bobcats will close out their 2007 season when they travel to Catawba College to face the Indians April 27 at 7:00pm. The game was rescheduled from April 7 due to inclement weather.
