Loewen scored the next two goals to give the Saints a 3-1 lead, before LMC's Quinn Struble (Durham, N.C.) netted his first of the season to cut the margin to 3-2.

The Saints tallied the next two goals to push the lead to 5-2, and after Ficken cut the margin to 5-3 with a power play goal, Limestone closed the half with eight straight goals to take a 13-3 advantage into the break. Limestone then tallied the first 13 goals of the second half to put the game out of reach en route to the 28-5 victory.

Lees-McRae returns to action on Saturday when the Bobcats travel to Charlottesville, Va. to take on Chestnut Hill College in a neutral site contest. The game is slated to begin at 4 p.m.
