BANNER ELK, N.C. – The Lees-McRae College swimming teams will return to action Saturday as they will travel to take on Greensboro College. LMC and GC are scheduled to get underway at 1 p.m.

Women's Preview – Through two meets of their inaugural season, the Bobcats have seen most of their success in the freestyle events. Overall, three of the team's four victories this fall have been in such events. Jennifer Paul collected two of these wins in the team's first meet in Bristol earlier this month, while Kayla Fleming also picked up a win for LMC in the 50 yard freestyle event last Saturday at Mars Hill. Rounding out the early victors for Lees-McRae this season is Ellie Seabrook, who collected her first collegiate victory at MHU in the 100 yard butterfly with a time of 1:06.19.

Men's Preview – Juniors Arsham Mirzaei and Javier Sanchez have paced the Bobcats so far this season accounting for five of the team's six individual event victories. Mirzaei has collected three of those in the 100 yard freestyle, 50 yard freestyle and the 100 yard butterfly. Sanchez, meanwhile, won a pair of events at Mars Hill on Saturday in the 200 yard breaststroke and the 200 yard individual medley. Freshman Bailey Lupo also has a win to his credit this fall after winning the 50 yard freestyle in the team's first meet at King.
